Refund & Return Policy
At Piece Of Art, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase . Please review our return and refund terms .
Returns & Refund
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged,or missing their original packaging not eligible for return.
- Items might be refund within 14 days of receiving the order , unused, undamaged and in their original packaging ( customized item not eligible for refund and exchange ) .
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging .
Return Shipping
- For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost .
- If the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Piece of Art will cover the applicable returns shipping cost .

- Gift cards
- Customized items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number .
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- Items might be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order , unused, undamaged and in their original packaging
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
