Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically ranging between 3–7 business days within Kuwait. For international orders, delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and courier operations. All orders are shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure your products reach you safely. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are entered correctly to avoid any delays. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or failed contact attempt, re-delivery charges may apply. In case of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs checks, we will keep you informed promptly. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout. Free delivery may be available for orders above a specified amount in KWD. We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Once the order has been delivered, please inspect the items immediately and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
