We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect details are suspected.

We aim to deliver your order within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your package.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product. Please note that sale items, accessories, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. If your prepaid order is canceled or returned (and meets return conditions), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
